Our own Pete Warrington has a two part presentation. The first, and appropriate for this anniversary year, he will share some thoughts and letters from the trenches . In the second part which Pete calls “How to “cheat” in international exhibitions” he will show how he constructed his award winning image “Red Setter at West Wittering”
Following Les’s presentation members will have an opportunity to show some of their work, inviting comments , constructive criticism or sharing techniques used. Depending on numbers each photographer will be allocated between 5 and 10 minutes
Colin Trow-Poole FRPS. FIPF. APAGB. says his talk will cover a range of photographic genres, comprising of portraiture, abstracts, silhouettes, etc. It will be mostly monochrome but some colour work- a cross section of photography catering for a diverse membership. Zealand. It is different in that there will in effect be two competitions here and in New
Zealand. Our judge tonight is Damon Guy. Results will be exchanged once both

Slavek Staszcuk ,a professional photographer specialising in landscape and travel photography will present a selection of landscape and architecture photographs, taken both in the UK and abroad, with an extensive commentary about the techniques used, particularly the use of ND graduated and polarising filters, creative choices, many practical tips, anecdotes. The set subject of this competition is open to a wide interpretation.. Let your imagination run wild . Entries as usual will be discussed by a panel of three members who will arrive at a consensus as to which image best meets the brief. So give them plenty to think about.
Each member can submit one image in the normal club format .
