Murray Livingston is an award-winning landscape and nature photographer whose work has appeared internationally, including in Outdoor Photography and Nature Vision Magazine. A finalist in the 2024 Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year, he has published several books and held a solo exhibition in Oxford. With over 15 years’ experience, Murray divides his time between projects in Scotland and his native South Africa, bringing a contemplative, conservation-focused approach to his work.

In Long Lens Landscapes, Murray challenges the instinct for wide-angle views, showing how telephoto lenses can isolate subjects, highlight form and pattern, and create striking perspectives. His approach reveals how long lenses can unlock new creative possibilities and help your photography stand out
