A goalkeeper takes a goal kick during a Sunday morning game on Hackney Marshes, east London. Hackney Marshes is synonomous with Sunday league football. In its heyday it had 88 full-size football pitches marked out, although these days only half of those are now used. These images are part of a grass roots project I am undertaking.
